Wine for restaurants & hospitality
Our wines are produced at our vineyard, Cascina Raviola, at the foot of the Alps in Pinerolo, Piedmont.
Here, we cultivate our grapes at an altitude of around 570 meters, in graphite-rich soils that give the wines both structure and minerality. The significant temperature differences between day and night contribute to the freshness and elegance that define our wines.
For restaurants and event organizers, we offer our wines for service, as well as tastings where we share more about the work behind them and the place they come from.

Experiences
For us, your visit is about unwinding, enjoying life, and indulging a little.
We offer a selection of experiences you can add to your stay to make your days here even more memorable. From simple moments in nature to shared meals around the table.

Olive oil from the estate
We have around 160 olive trees on the estate, which we harvest at the end of October or early November before the frost arrives.
Since we grow this far north, the olives are smaller but full of flavor. The harvest is done by hand, shaking the olives down onto nets, tree by tree.
Our olive oil is mild yet flavorful, perfect for both salads and cooking.
Availability is limited and demand is usually high. If you’d like to purchase our olive oil, the easiest way is to contact us or keep an eye on our social media.

Accommodation
With us, you stay among the vines, in the calm at the foot of the Alps.
Villa Oliva is a private house on the estate. It features two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and an outdoor terrace where the days often end with a glass of wine in hand. The house is well suited for 5–6 people traveling together.
